Terms and Conditions
If you make a "Last Minute Bid" and the bid is accepted the $50 will be applied to the $300 deposit required to book the condo. A Paypal deposit request will be emailed to you for $250 to book the condo. If you decide not to book the condo you will forfeit the $50 "Last Minute Bid" deposit.
If you make a "Last Minute Bid" and the bid is rejected, the $50 deposit will be refunded back to your credit card within 24 hours after the bid has been rejected.
If you make a "Last Minute Bid" and the bid is counter offered and you accept the counter offer, the $50 deposit will be applied to the $300 deposit required to book the condo. A Paypal deposit request will be emailed to you for $250 to book the condo. If you decide not to book the condo you will forfeit the $50 "Last Minute Bid" deposit.
